Five-hour trial

The trial does not require payment. It gives five hours of app access beginning when Waypoint first verifies access for your account.

Cancel anytime

Open your account in Waypoint and choose Manage subscription. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent another charge.

Refund requests

If a charge was made by mistake or the app could not work on a compatible device, contact the support address shown on your Stripe receipt within seven days of the charge. Include the email used for Waypoint and the reason for the request. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Processing time

Stripe and your bank control how quickly a refund appears. Canceling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund.
